By creating a MinyCash account or using our services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use MinyCash.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. MinyCash is intended for personal, non-commercial use by shoppers in India.

• You must provide accurate details when registering and keep them up to date.
• One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Payout details you enter (UPI ID, bank account, Paytm number) must belong to you.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

MinyCash lists partner stores and, where a qualifying purchase is made after tapping through from the app, credits cashback to your MinyCash wallet. MinyCash is not a seller, retailer or payment provider. We do not sell the products you buy and we are not a party to your purchase contract with a store.

To be eligible for cashback you must open the store from within the MinyCash app and complete your purchase in the session that follows. Cashback rates and offers shown in the app are set by the partner store or affiliate network and may change or end at any time without notice.

Cashback may not be tracked or may be rejected where, for example:

• the purchase was not started from a store link inside the MinyCash app;
• ad blockers, cookie blocking, VPNs or other apps and coupon extensions interfered with tracking;
• a coupon or promo code not listed by the store was used;
• the order was cancelled, returned, refunded or not paid for;
• the store or affiliate network rejects the transaction under its own programme rules.

• Pending — the order has been reported to us but not yet validated by the store or affiliate network.
• Confirmed — the store has validated the order and the amount is available in your wallet.
• Rejected or cancelled — the store did not validate the order, or the order was returned or cancelled. Rejected cashback is removed from your balance.

Validation timelines are controlled by the partner store or affiliate network, not by MinyCash. If a purchase does not appear, you can raise a "Claim Missing Cashback" request from the store page in the app and we will follow it up with the network.

If you return or cancel an order, any related cashback is reversed. Where cashback has already been credited, the reversed amount may be deducted from your wallet balance.

You can request a withdrawal of confirmed cashback once your wallet balance reaches the minimum withdrawal amount of ₹100. Withdrawals are supported to UPI, a bank account or Paytm. Payouts are sent to the details you provide; MinyCash is not responsible for transfers that fail or reach the wrong recipient because of incorrect details entered by you. We may hold or review a withdrawal request while we verify the underlying transactions.

You receive a ₹50 referral bonus when a friend joins MinyCash using your referral code. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fake accounts and automated sign-ups are not eligible and may result in removal of bonuses and account suspension.

Partner stores are independent businesses. Product availability, pricing, delivery, warranty, returns and customer service are entirely their responsibility. Any dispute about an order must be raised with the store directly. The presence of a store in the app does not imply endorsement.

You must not:

• create multiple or fake accounts, or use another person's identity or details;
• place orders with the intention of cancelling or returning them to generate cashback;
• use bots, scripts, emulators or automated tools with the service;
• manipulate tracking links, referral codes or cashback records;
• attempt to access, disrupt or reverse-engineer our systems, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate an account, withhold or reverse cashback and refuse withdrawals where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or fraudulent activity has occurred. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@minycash.shop.

The MinyCash name, logo, app, website and content are owned by MinyCash and protected by applicable law. Store names and logos shown in the app belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify those stores. You may not copy, modify or distribute our content without written permission.

MinyCash is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, that every purchase will be tracked, or that any particular cashback amount will be earned. Cashback depends on validation by partner stores and affiliate networks.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MinyCash is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss arising from a store's actions, untracked purchases, or delays outside our control.

We may add, change or discontinue features, stores and offers at any time. We may also update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continuing to use MinyCash after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact our support team first so we can resolve any issue quickly. Unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts specified by the MinyCash operating entity.
