We collect only the information needed to operate the cashback service:

• Account information — your name, email address, phone number and password (stored in hashed form) provided when you sign up or update your profile.
• Verification status — whether your email or phone number has been verified.
• Shopping and cashback information — the partner stores you open from the app, the click events used to attribute your purchase, and the cashback amounts recorded as pending, confirmed, rejected or withdrawn.
• Transaction and payout information — your wallet balance, total earned, withdrawal requests, and the payout details you provide (UPI ID, bank account details or Paytm number) when you request a withdrawal.
• Referral information — your referral code, referrals you make and referral bonuses credited to you.
• Support information — the contents of missing-cashback claims and any messages you send to our support team.
• Device and technical information — device type, operating system, app version, IP address and diagnostic logs used to keep the service running and secure.

We do not ask for and do not want your card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking password or any other payment credential. Never share these with anyone claiming to represent MinyCash.

• Create and manage your MinyCash account and keep you signed in.
• Track qualifying purchases and credit cashback to your wallet.
• Process withdrawal requests and referral bonuses.
• Investigate missing-cashback claims and respond to support requests.
• Send you service notifications about your account, cashback and withdrawals.
• Detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse and violations of our Terms.
• Maintain, troubleshoot and improve the app and this website.

MinyCash participates in affiliate programmes operated by partner stores and affiliate networks. When you tap a store in the app you are redirected to that store through a tracking link. The store or its affiliate network records that the visit came from MinyCash and reports the resulting order back to us so that your cashback can be calculated.

The information shared through this process is limited to what the affiliate programme requires — typically an anonymous click identifier, the order value and the order status. We do not receive your payment details from the store. Once you leave the app, the store's own privacy policy governs the information you provide to them.

We rely on third-party providers to run MinyCash, including hosting and database providers, affiliate networks, notification services and payout processing partners. These providers may process your information only to deliver their service to us.

This website uses only the storage strictly necessary to load pages and remember basic preferences. The MinyCash app uses secure device storage to keep you signed in and to record the click identifiers required for cashback attribution. Partner stores and affiliate networks may set their own cookies when you visit them; that use is governed by their policies.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• with affiliate networks and partner stores, as needed to attribute and validate your cashback;
• with payout partners, as needed to send your withdrawal to you;
• with service providers who operate our infrastructure on our behalf;
• where required by law, regulation, legal process or an enforceable government request;
• to protect the rights, safety and property of MinyCash, our users or the public.

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. Transaction, cashback and withdrawal records are retained after that for the period required to meet our legal, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords and access controls to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. • Notifications — manage notification preferences in the app or in your device settings.
• Copy of your data — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

You may request deletion of your MinyCash account and associated personal information by emailing support@minycash.shop or calling +91 99426 63800 from your registered number. We will verify the request before acting on it. Deleting your account closes your wallet; please withdraw any eligible balance first. Records we are legally required to keep are retained for the required period only.

MinyCash is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes may also be communicated in the app. Continuing to use MinyCash after an update means you accept the revised policy.
